2. Shipping & Delivery
All transactions executed on Milano Collective are subject to our logistics processing and shipping guidelines:
- Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) for order verification, quality control, and secure packaging.
- Shipping Time: Standard transit within the United States takes 5 to 12 business days (Monday through Friday) following dispatch.
- Address Correction: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery coordinates. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied during checkout.
3. Products & Pricing Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of our collections.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our apparel. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any color will be perfectly precise.
4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
